2.2.1. Creating and Maintaining Digital Replicas: To create and maintain personalised digital replicas or avatars that represent you or your loved ones within the Service.
2.2.2. Providing, Improving, and Customising the Service: To provide, improve, and customise the Service according to your preferences and usage patterns, as well as to develop new features and functionalities.
2.2.3. Creating Digital Companions and Enabling Upskilling/Reskilling: With the end intention of creating digital companions and boosting reskilling and upskilling initiatives as the product evolves.
2.2.4. Communication and Customer Support: To communicate with you about the Service, respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.
2.2.5. Service Analytics and Security: To analyse and enhance the Service's functionality, performance, and security, as well as to detect and prevent any potential misuse or abuse.
2.2.6. Legal Compliance and Enforcement: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations, as well as to enforce our Terms and Conditions and protect our rights and property.
3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
3.1. Living Legacy does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
3.2. However, we may share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. These third-party service providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal data and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than the services they are providing to Living Legacy.
